I want my children and grandchildren to know about what it was like when I was growing up, things I remember about my parents, grandparents, and great grandparents, too. For my grandchildren, that's their great, great great grandparents. Wow!! From my place in the middle of this, I think my progeny might be interested in the things I can remember, including some memories about them.

Well, I just discovered that I like Lingonberry Preserves--and Swedish flat bread isn't bad either. Together they make a perfect snack. Thanks Amy!
I can never bring myself to try Lingonberries, its too close to dingleberry for me!

ReplyDeleteApparently lingonberry preserves are terrific with cabbage rolls. Cooked cabbage and jam - yummy.

ReplyDeleteSwedish pancakes (at least the versions seen in pancake houses in THIS country) have lingonberries on them.
